- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I read several nasty reviews and to be honest, I was a little hesitant to use this UPS Store, but then it was very close, and I had a busy schedule in front of me. So, I bit the bullet and took a chance. Contrary to these one star reviews I read, I had no problem. The person who helped me was great. All was handled very efficiently and professionally, and I was in and out of there fairly quickly. The place is very clean, well organized. This monster manager or owner who some reviewers mentioned in their negative reviews was not around or there anymore. So, I can only go by my experience, obviously.By Bart Smyth, March 28, 2017
